Job Summary
- Counselling the prospects about international colleges / Universities and the courses offered.
- Guiding the students in regards to the documents required to obtain an offer letter & the set of documents required for applying for the visa.
- Should have minimum of 2 years of experience in Study Visa or Immigration Counselling.
Responsibilities and Duties
- The Visa counsellor will be Working closely with admission and training/Counselling teams to educate them about Visa Rules
- Contacting fresh leads, taking proper feedback
- Responsible for the process for assigned clients/students and ensuring that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the Visa application process
- Ensuring complete visa application & documentation including all the financial & background related papers
- Helping the client to manage and provide advice in preparing the visa files
- Liaising with different embassies and clients when required
- Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa approvals
- Undertaking the duties as per the business requirement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Graduation in any field. Post-Graduation will be given a preference
- Has basic knowledge of exams like IELTS, PTE etc.
- Candidate must have strong knowledge about the Student visa process for USA, CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND along with Visa Rules & Regulations and immigration rules for CANADA, and AUSTRALIA.
- Excellent Communication Skills (oral & written both), Pleasing personality & confident
- An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, E-mails, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate should be proficient with all aspects of IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL.
- Should be fluent in English, Spoken English & Grammar, etc.
- Should have to take mock examination every weekend.
- He or should have been updated with the latest exam knowledge for different countries for education and immigration
- Should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle all the queries of candidates.
- Should have to organize the demo lecture for the enquirer and validate the documents of students(SOP, LOR, etc)
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Bachelors in any domain (English would be preferable).
- 1 year or more of experience.
- Good communication skills
